The design utilizes industrial materials such as vertical standing seam metal panels, corrugated panels, flat metal panels and exposed steel angles.

Chang Architecture partnered founders of pioneering gift card company GYFT in creating new 15,000 sf headquarters within the Chang Architecture Designed Castro Station mid-rise. Designs reflect the high energy and creative personalities who office there. The First Data acquisition required modifications to the original programs, to fit an office within an office, and space for new security and technology compliance. The finished environments includes conference rooms, game rooms, phone rooms, break rooms and open offices, lobby and branded signage.

Three 2-story office buildings of 1970’s vintage were transformed from pitched tile roof and dark glass buildings into contemporary modern campus of 150,000 sf. Two of the buildings were linked together with a new entrance wing that accommodated the main entry and an Executive Business Center, Training Rooms. Other features included an All-Hands Room, Telepresence Room and Dining Room with kitchen servery.
